Solid workshop if you want to actually understand espresso rather than just follow a recipe. They go through how the machine works and why, proper grinding, distribution and tamping, and then dialling in a recipe from scratch which parameters you change, and what you’re tasting for when you do. Small group, hands-on, questions answered without any snobbery. Walked out able to repeat it at home. Recommend.

I chose the Espresso Fundamentals workshop to dive deeper into the world of espresso and improve my home espresso game, and now I already want to come back for more! The workshop was incredibly interesting and packed with valuable information. Everything was explained clearly and logically, and the format was engaging and interactive, not a single boring moment.

Great workshop with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was explained in a clear and practical way, from the basics of how espresso works to how to make consistent, great-tasting coffee. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer every question. I left feeling much more confident and with a much better understanding of the whole process. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their coffee skills!
