Shame there is not a zero star review. He called me and very rudely asked where I was before my appointment time and extremely arrogant on the phone. I said my navigation says I am 3min away. I get to the front door before my appointed time with 25 doctors names on the door to call to enter the building. I didn't know his name, only business name. As he called me before I had his number. I called and asked what number I must push to open the door. He said he didn't know. He told me his name and hanged up. Yes... I'm Australian and Czech last names are difficult for me and I didn't really get his name. I had to google his business and find his name and then I called the door number and he let me in. I was in his office 1min late. I would have been on time if he was more nice helping me open the door and I didn't have to google...
He was so rude from the very start and asked for PPL. I said ULL, he asked why I did I select PPL on the website. I said with the English translation it wasn't clear, but all appointments were the same time, so I thought ULL is mostly related to PPL.
He was angry as he had to print out a ULL form.
I said if it's such a big problem for me to be here would you prefer I leave. He said go.....
So I left, walked down stairs, to parking and 604pm messaging my instructor for a different place. Because this guy, doesn't get a single Kc from me. No one should be treated the way he acts. I am will drive to Prague from Ostrava and go to UZL.cz than to see this guy again.
